Self-Drilling Screws
Gerard Daniels carries a diverse selection of screws with and without washers in numerous sizes, lengths, and materials. These sheet metal screws are used in the installation process of mechanical insulation applications, for example in metal jacketing. We offer screws in the following alloys: SS-304, SS-410, SS-321, and Zinc Coated. These screws come in two primary point styles: Self-Drilling and Self-Tapping. We package our screws in quantities of 1000 per bag for easy distribution. Gerard Daniel creates self-drilling screws out of stainless-steel. Much like a self-tapping screw, these self-drilling screws work to create a thread inside the material, however it also has the ability to pierce through material without a pilot hole already made.
