How are knitted wire meshes manufactured?

Production of knitted wire mesh by a machine; the knitted wire mesh made of continuous wire spools is produced on circular knitting machines as a long sock of interlocking stitches. The knitted wire mesh sock is cut to size and can be folded or laid to various shapes and further processed into knitted wire elements.

Another option is to compact the knitted wire mesh into pressed parts. In order to achieve the perfect product properties, we knit several materials in parallel into combination knits if required. Our production is precisely matched to the desired application to ensure the highest possible functionality and efficiency. We deliver the goods as roll goods, cut-to-size or knitted wire elements, economical and in the highest quality.
